St. Johns Northwestern Academies,
Delafield, WI:

Refurbishment of a 1927 Welte-Mignon Pipe Organ, Opus 232

Berghaus is in the final stages of refurbishing the grand instrument that has long been installed in this boarding school outside Milwaukee.  We built new electro-mechanical and electro-magnetic chests for the 15 ranks of original pipes, refurbished the vintage console with modern components, and cleaned the repaired pipes.  Final voicing will bring the organ back to its original glory.

St. Johns Lutheran Church, Chaska, MN:

New Organ

Using vintage pipework, Berghaus is building a new instrument for St. John's Lutheran Church.  A new console will control the 26-rank pipe organ that will occupy an existing organ chamber.

A new instrument using pipes from Reuter Opus 1525 will provide the foundation for a new slider chest instrument to be installed in the new sanctuary for Lutheran Church of Hope in Broomfield, CO.  Expected completion will be in 2027.

Bethany Lutheran Church, Naperville, IL:

New Organ

After exploring many different options for its pipe organ, Bethany Lutheran Church and Berghaus entered into an agreement to build a new instrument.  Behind a new façade, new slider chests will play pipe from both Bethany's previous organ and from new sources.  A new console will round out the project, to be completed by mid-2026.  Jonathan Swett is Bethany's Director of Music.
